The
Ezee-Glider™ 2000 is the next generation in centralisation tools
for the upstream oil and gas industry. Offering field proven lower friction,
ultimate drag and rotational torque reduction. Increased abrasion resistance
ensures maximum stand-off at TD. Robust enough to meet the challenges
of today’s most demanding wells, with a blade designed to enhance
hole-cleaning using maximised flow-by area, whilst be light and safe to
ship and handle.
The tools come complete with integral metal swage rings inset into each
end. Ezee-Glider™ 2000’s are available in BOS 21 standard
grade engineering polymer and BOS 22 self lubricating polymer for low
friction WBM applications.
Available in Spiral Blade Solid Body Centraliser or Straight Blade Passive
Angle Solid Body Centraliser configurations.
The Passive Angle Ezee-Glider™ has been developed and tested in conjunction with the industries leading Horizontal Open Hole Gravel Packing solution provider, to ensure that during Gravel Pack Sand Pumping Operations the sand can be pumped past the centraliser without the danger of early screen out happening.
