Caledus’ Liner Hanger, the Vari-Cone™ offers unrivalled flexibility in meeting optimal hanging capacity with maximum flow-by area, and features a unique Scabbard Slip™ system. Available in Hydraulic or Mechanical setting configuration.

Caledus’ Integral Liner Top Packer is a premium service type liner top packer assembly run in conjunction with the liner hanger. The system can be set mechanically with a cemented liner system or hydraulically in un-cemented applications. A non-integral type and an anchor type packer complete the range.

Tieback Seal Nipple Packer is used as a remedial tool above existing liner hanger assemblies that require pressure integrity in the liner overlap. The tool seals in the existing liner tieback seal receptacle, sets the packer element in the casing and provides an additional seal receptacle for future tieback systems.

Tieback seal receptacles are available from 3ft to 30ft long. Tieback seal nipples are available for future extension of the liner/casing string and are available to suit pre-existing tieback seal receptacle lengths from 3ft to 30ft.

Liner Wiper Plug systems are available as a single plug system, or a double plug system.

The range of Liner Hanger Running Tools range from the simple right hand release, with or without integral packer setting tools, to the mechanical release with drill-down feature to the more sophisticated hydraulic release with drill-down feature. Drillable or retrievable cementing pack-off bushings are available. Also featured in the running tool assembly is a debris screen device to prevent debris interfering with the proper release and retrieval of the running tool assemblies.
